Congratulations to the Class of 2008

On May 16, more than 140 School of Nursing graduates and their families and friends gathered for the annual School Recognition Ceremony. Students and faculty celebrated the momentous occasion with smiles and a few tears.

The following awards were presented to students in the Class of 2008:

• Mabel Montgomery Award: Sarah Waterland
• Marguerite Nicholson Award: Krystal Brunson
• Mayme B. Wilson Lacey Award: Suzanne Sagester
• Yingling Senior Achievement Award: N’Deevaw McDonald and Terise Anderson
• RN Award: Karin Bryant
• Temple Memorial Award: Miev Carhart
• Martha M. Borlick Research Award: Carol Zogran
