VCU School of Nursing Ph.D. students succeed on final dissertation defenses
Congratulations to VCU School of Nursing Ph.D. students Amber Paulus, RN, CPHQ, and Emily Cochran, RN(B.S.’12/N), on their successful final dissertation defenses. Paulus’ dissertation is titled “Factors Associated with Hospital Readmissions Among United States Dialysis Facilities” and Cochran’s dissertation is titled “Hospital Characteristics Associated with Hospital Acquired Condition (HAC) Reduction Program Payment Penalties Across Program Years.”
Paulus is a clinical data analyst at Quality Insights and Cochran is the director of Clinically Integrated Networks at VCU Health.
