DNP graduate Robert Powell featured in VCU Graduate School alumni spotlight
Robert L. Powell, FNP-BC (DNP‘18/N), is featured in an alumni profile on the VCU Graduate School website.
“VCU attracted a broad range of master’s prepared nurses for its first DNP cohort and that diversity helped make the program memorable.” Powell said. “Using evidence-based practice, each of us was allowed to create a unique project that focused on sustainable practice change.”
Powell is a family nurse practitioner for Southside Medical Management where he is a provider at both Kenbridge Family Medicine and South Hill Family Medicine.
