VCU School of Nursing faculty members serve on Richmond VCNP Board of Directors

Rachel Cloutier, M.S., RN, ACNP-BC, clinical instructor, recently became president of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners Richmond Region Board of Directors. Cloutier had previously been president-elect of the board. Shelly Smith, DNP, APRN-BC, clinical assistant professor and director of the DNP program, was appointed chair of the Government Relations Committee. Both terms begin in May 2017.
