Beth Elias selected to serve as co-chair of TIGER committee
Beth Elias, Ph.D., M.S., associate professor, has been selected to serve as co-chair of the Technology Informatics Guiding Education Reform (TIGER) committee. Developed by the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, TIGER is a grassroots initiative focused on education reform and interprofessional community development. TIGER aims to maximize the integration of technology and informatics into seamless practice, education and research resource development. Elias’ term will be effective on July 1, 2017.
