Nursing Students Without Borders (NSWB) of VCU recently returned from a community service trip to Guatemala, where members provided health education to women villagers. Master’s program open house Jan. 25
The VCU School of Nursing is hosting a master’s program open house on Wednesday, Jan. 25 from 5 to 7 p.m. Come meet faculty and students and learn about our master’s program concentrations. Jamie Sturgill appointed to VCU Institutional Biosafety Committee
Jamie Sturgill, Ph.D., assistant professor and director of Biobehavioral Laboratory Services at VCU School of Nursing, has been appointed to the VCU Institutional Biosafety Committee. Appointed by VCU’s Vice President for Research and Graduate Affairs, members of this committee review the use and handling of biohazardous materials for the VCU research biosafety program.
