Alumna Linda Hines named CEO of Virginia Premier
Linda Hines (B.S.’80/N; M.S.’99/N) has been named CEO of Virginia Premier Health Plan, effective immediately. Hines’ distinguished career began more than 20 years ago as a bedside nurse and a nurse manager. She rose through the ranks of management and leadership within Virginia Premier Health Plan, culminating with her promotion to Virginia Premier’s chief operating officer. In her current role, Hines has been responsible for business line and strategic plan execution and overall management of the leadership team to ensure that Virginia Premier delivers exemplary customer service, while maintaining a strong culture of quality and innovation.
