Alison Montpetit Appointed to International Committee
Alison Montpetit, Ph.D., RN, assistant professor in the Department of Adult Health and Nursing Systems, has been invited to join the Scientific Committee of the International Association of Breath Research Summit 2015 in Vienna, Austria. She is the only nurse appointed to this committee.
Montpetit conducts research focused on exhaled breath biomarkers and their relationship with clinical outcomes, specifically in the mechanically ventilated, critically population and adults experiencing rib fractures.
