Nursing Entrepreneurs Series to Launch Wednesday, April 2
The VCU Nursing Entrepreneurs Series will hold its first event at noon Wednesday, April 2, in room 1015. The VCU community and public are invited to attend a free informal presentation and question and answer session with Lisa Feierstein (B.S.’78/N) and Carolyn McCrocklin (B.S. ‘82/N; Ph.D. ’09/N).
Feierstein worked as a registered nurse for a number of years before starting her own home respiratory care and sleep studies business, Active Health, in North Carolina. Dr. McCrocklin started her company, American Critical Care Services, which specializes in staffing for health care facilities, in North Chesterfield, Va. in 1986.
