Massey Cancer Center Hosts Meditation Discussion by Jo Robins on Nov. 7
VCU Massey Cancer Center invites anyone who has been affected by cancer to join Jo Robins, Ph.D., RN, ANP-BC, AHN-C, CHTP, assistant professor in the Department of Family and Community Health Nursing, on Thursday, Nov. 7 at the center’s Stony Point Patient Resource Library, 9000 Stony Point Parkway, for a discussion on meditation. Participants will enjoy an overview of several forms of meditation and learn basic techniques that can be used at home for self-care practice.
