Stephanie Ferguson Helps Address Worldwide Health Care Challenges Through Global Nursing Leadership Institute
The International Council of Nurses (ICN) recently launched the Global Nursing Leadership Institute (GNLI)’s Colloquium at the ICN’s 25th Quadrennial Congress. Stephanie Ferguson, Ph.D., RN, FAAN, director of the VCU School of Nursing’s Community Nursing Organization, facilitates the GNLI and serves as director of the ICN Leadership for ChangeTM program. GNLI is an advanced leadership program for nurses and/or midwives at senior level and executive positions in developed and developing countries across the world. The program, drawing on the expertise of international faculty, allows participants to review and enhance their national and global leadership knowledge and skills within a collaborative and stimulating learning culture.
