Positive Exposure
On Friday, January 23rd, Rick Guidotti gave a presentation about rethinking genetic disorders. Rick is a former fashion photographer who was disappointed in the types of images he found in medical textbooks. He now shoots pictures of children with various genetic conditions and gives presentations about the amazing children he meets all around the globe. An article about his work appeared in the January 24th edition of the Richmond Times Dispatch. He has created a website PositiveExposure.org and a blog to chronicle this redefinition of beauty and difference.
