Virginia Commonwealth University seeks an Associate Vice President of Education and Health Equity and Executive Associate Director of the Institute for Inclusion, Inquiry, and Innovation (iCubed). Reporting to the Vice President of Institutional Equity, Effectiveness & Success (IES), the AVP will oversee transformational culture and climate initiatives, as well as special interest institutes and centers. The leader will provide inspiring supervision for and broad oversight of iExcel and El Centro Latinx/Chicanx. They will assist the iCubed Director in providing central administration for iCubed’s nearly 100 members. The AVP will advance VCU’s commitment to health equity, by forging relationships and by aligning IES initiatives and programmatic offerings to health-related goals.
