You Can Now Use Your VCU eID to Log Into CITI Via Single Sign On
What is Single Sign On?
Single Sign On (SSO) is a process that allows you to use your VCU eID and password, instead of a username and password created by CITI Program. You can log into the CITI Program after completing a login at your site without any additional authentication.
How do I use Single Sign On?
When you get to the log in page here, choose “Log In Through My Institution” and select Virginia Commonwealth University to use your eID and password.
What if I can’t access my account?
If you have issues, contact CITI Support via email or telephone here.
What happens to my CITI records that were linked to a different username?
CITI has merged duplicate accounts, so your previous account should be linked to your eID. However, if your accounts are not merged, please contact CITI support via email or telephone here.
