The IRB has created a new Guidance Document detailing how to enroll low-English Proficiency (LEP) individuals in research.
The guidance document outlines the importance of equitable selection and the justice principle, lists available resources, including interpretation and translation services, and describes the newly implemented Short Form consent process.
