*Today’s Virtual HRPP Office Hours cancelled*

The HRPP’s Virtual Office Hours scheduled for Monday 8/18/25 from 3-5pm has been cancelled. The next Virtual Office Hours is scheduled for Monday 8/25/25.

The HRPP office is also working to update the Zoom Link for VIRBs Open Labs. The New IRB review system: VIRBs (VCU IRB system) website will be updated with the new link before the Tuesday, 8/19 research community open lab that is scheduled for 10am.

We’re kicking off new drop-in office hours to give you and your team a chance to chat with an IRB analyst.

In-Person Hours

Stop by at one of our campus locations — no appointment needed. You’ll be able to learn from the questions and answers of other researchers in a collaborative setting.

VCU Medical Center Main Hospital: Every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. We’ll be in the hallway by the Volunteers’ office, 1250 E. Marshall St., 1st floor, room m1-426 (across from the Subway).

Monroe Campus: Every Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Find us in the VCU Stem Building, 817 W. Franklin St., on the 6th floor in Room 603 (Conference Room).
