RAMS-IRB Document Issues Resolved
Thank you for your patience while we resolved the document issues being experienced in RAMS-IRB.
At this time, we believe that the documents have been restored, and investigators are welcome to submit to the IRB again.
We recommend that you double-check your submission to make sure that everything seems completely intact.
If you download a document and the Word document opens as blank or the PDF document fails to load, follow these instructions to clear the browsing data cache of your internet browser. Then close out your browser, reopen it, and try to access those documents again.

If you still have document issues after clearing the cache, please contact the assigned IRB Coordinator for your study so that we can investigate each instance.
