Meditation and Mindfulness can have significant benefits on your mental and physical health. For those who recently came to the HR Work/Life Session on Re-Learn to Relax, we learned about different meditation and mindfulness apps that can help on a daily basis. One of those mentioned was myStrength. myStrength is “The health club for your mind” and is provided to VCU employees and their household members for free!
