Guillaume Tardif has appeared widely as a violin soloist collaborating with ensembles and distinguished artists in Canada, the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America. He has been a guest professor at many universities and conservatories, such as Innsbruck University, Grieg Academy, Liszt Academy, Beijing Central Conservatory, Zhejiang University, Federal University Rio de Janeiro, San Francisco State University, and the Banff Centre.

He also joined the faculties of international summer programs at Hourtin Médoc (France), Völs am Schlern (Italy), and Beverly Hills (California). He has published in the areas of musicology, string literature, and pedagogy (e.g. in Locatelli and the Virtuoso Tradition, Brepols, 2015), and produced a number of CD recordings (e.g. From the Library of Joseph Szigeti), violin arrangements, and cadenzas (e.g. Paganini, Mozart).
