Responsibilities

  • Perform the most complex duties in the analysis of Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) on physical evidence and material consisting of body fluid stains, hair, bone, dental pulp, and other human tissue.
  • Process request for examination which usually include the reason for which the samples were collected and background investigative information or intelligence contextual data.
  • Conducts complex examinations to develop evidence and data/information for intelligence exploitation.

Basic Education: A degree in biological sciences, agriculture, natural resources management, chemistry or related disciplines appropriate to the position. (NOTE: You must attach your transcripts to be considered for this position).

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled, such as: Performing duties in the analysis of human DNA on forensic evidence and material.
