The DAR Constituent Marketing team has established deadlines for all constituent marketing requests to accommodate fall and winter breaks. 

Fall break:

  • For emails that send Nov. 15-Dec. 2, all content, recipient import files and criteria changes are due by COB Friday, Nov. 1. Emails must be approved by noon Wednesday, Nov. 13. Remember that DAR Details requests will also be due at that time.

Winter break:

  • For emails that send Dec. 16-Jan. 6, all content, recipient import files and criteria changes are due by COB Monday, Dec. 2. Emails must be approved by noon Thursday, Dec. 12. All emails being sent before Dec. 16 will have the normal turnaround time of 10 business days.  Remember that DAR Details requests will also be due at that time.
  • For mailing lists due Dec. 16-Jan. 10, lists will be delivered for review by the due dates selected in the request. Recipient import files and criteria changes are due by COB Friday, Dec. 6. Changes or final approval must be provided through the direct mail ticket within two business days of receipt.

Please note: Any change to existing requests’ deadlines will be communicated in the ticket.
