On Sunday, Dec. 15, the Greater Richmond Convention Center was filled with the sound of cheers, applause and the unmistakable hum of new beginnings. With friends and family by their sides, they celebrated years of hard work and the memories that will last a lifetime.

I will always remember the support from my advisor. It was unlike anything I experienced at my past university, and I am forever grateful for his guidance and help throughout my two years at VCU.
