VCU Brandcenter hosted its annual Recruiter Session, featuring a unique “reverse” format where recruiters sought out talent among second-year students.

If you were at VCU Brandcenter’s Recruiter Session, you could feel the creative energy. Over two days, the graduating class of 2024 laid out their best work, hoping to grab the attention of recruiters from major national agencies, brands and consultancies.

Dubbed as a “reverse recruiting event,” the recruiters were the ones eager to engage as they moved from table to table scouting for talent. With 27 Brandcenter alumni coming back to recruit on behalf of their employers, the networking potential was high, making this event the ultimate kickoff for the Brandcenter’s job placement process.
