The UNCommon Leader
The UNCommon leader workshop will train leaders to think differently about leadership. We will discuss how to become a transformative leader– one who avoids making common leadership mistakes and steps into leading with care and compassion to inspire and motivate others while holding them accountable. Transformative leaders accomplish amazing things when they have the courage and skills to lead in relationship-centered ways.
Date and Time: September 13, 2023 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Location: In person, at the VCU School of Business.
Fees: $225.00 due in full at registration. Cost includes all materials, parking, lunch and access to online learning software.
