Beta Alpha Psi welcomes Dr. Tom Epperson
On May 5, 2017, Beta Alpha Psi welcomed Dr. Tom Epperson at their Spring Luncheon. Epperson works for Luck Companies, a privately-held, for-profit organization that operates one of the largest stone companies in the United States. He has supported the organization in a variety of ways over the years, including his role as one of the architects of Luck Companies’ cultural transformation.
Epperson is currently the Executive Director of InnerWill, a non-profit started by Luck dedicated to developing better people, braver leaders, and a wiser world through Values Based Leadership.
Epperson has nearly twenty years of experience as an executive coach, facilitator, and speaker, and regularly works with clients to help transform leaders and their organizations. He is a certified business coach and has a Doctorate in Leadership from The George Washington University. Epperson currently serves an adjunct instructor in Virginia Commonwealth University’s Executive MBA Program. He is married with two children and lives in Richmond, Virginia.
