Updated: VCU Student Sign-in Issues w/ Adobe
Update 6/8/2023 – As of 6:30am, all VCU Student sign-in issues related to the Adobe product profile transition for currently-enrolled Summer 2023 student have been resolved.
Original Notice: On June 7th around 12pm, we identified an issue based on several reports from students they were having issues accessing their VCU Adobe Federated ID accounts after a transition to a new product profile as part of our automated license enrollment updates on June 5th, 2023.
Transitioning student accounts to a new product profile does not change their level of Adobe software access as this is considered lateral transition from an old product profile to a new product profile (via a new user group) within the same product SKU/card and should always be seamless to VCU students. This transition work did not impact non-student VCU employees.
